But, the Serbian Progressive Party official stressed that the plan is unacceptable, “because it means Belgrade has to practically recognise Kosovo, before the Association of Serb Major Communities” is discussed.
He added that KFOR's warned exercise in Novosell outside Mitrovica, “can mask an operation to remove barricades”.
