Brnabych complains in Escobar, cynic says he has cancelled Resolution 1244

Serbia's prime minister, Anna Brnabiq, has said that the US envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, is another “politician who firmly opposes UN Security Council resolutions”. In several tweets, Brnabiq said Escobar “has taken on the role of the Security Council and with [...]
In several tweets, Brnabiq said Escobar “has taken on the role of the Security Council and, with his unanimous vote, the German Foreign Ministry and Minister [Viola] von Cromon, also known as the Kosovo Rapporteur, has cancelled Resolution 1244”.
The United Nations will not need to organise Security Council sessions, this troika will decide on all global issues from now on”.
“If I may, a question, if Resolution 1244 is no longer valid (because you do not like, although no one cares) and if the Brussels Agreement does not exist (as [Kosovo Prime Minister Albin] says Kurti, and after you don't condemn his statements, you big leaders) and if Washington's agreement is nothing but a thing of the past, and if the UN Charter is not worth Serbia (because you leaders believe it shouldn't), then under which agreement/resolution/resolution should we act in?” she asked.
Brnabyk has not made known what Escobar statements have been referred to, or what actions of other international mechanisms.
Escobar has said in an interview for Radio Free Europe that the US flatly opposes the return of Serb forces to Kosovo, which Serbia has warned it will ask KFOR. He said Kosovo has very strong security guarantees from the US.
On Wednesday, Escobar along with EU envoy for Kosovo dialogue Sebi, Miroslav Lajcak, met in Pristina with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
The European Emissar said after the meeting that he prefers the diplomatic route for removing barricades in the north, and not through the bulldozers.
Escobar and Lajcak will meet with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, the Serbian presidency's announcement, tomorrow.
Their visit comes at a time when the situation in the north of Kosovo is tense.
The six barricades erected on December 10th blocked roads leading to border crossings with Serbia, Jarinje and Brnjak.
The local Serbs' move came after Kosovo police arrested former Serbian official of this institution Dejan Pantic, under suspicion that he organised “terrorist attacks” at the Central Election Commission offices in northern Kosovo. So a month of detention was appointed.
On 12 December, the United States expressed deep concern for the current situation in northern Kosovo and called for the immediate disposal of barricades set up in northern Kosovo by local Serbs.
On Sunday, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said he expects KFOR to remove barricades from the north.
