He asked for help, said the ambassadors are ministers and mentioned Zajednica: Kurt's statements about the north

Prime Minister Albin Kurti was part of the Kosovo Assembly session today, where he talked about the dramatic situation in the north, where there are tensions and successive attacks in recent days, the cause of planning to hold extraordinary elections, what Serbs are objecting to. The prime minister called for help from the opposition in coping with this situation, [...]
Kurt invites the opposition not to criticize the north but to help: It's a state matter.
Police never hunt anyone on their ethnic, religious grounds. But only according to individual or group behavior and actions.”, Kurti said today in the Assembly
At the same time, we have obligations for the Constitution and the Law. When they resign in municipalities in the north, there is legal and constitutional commitment. They also have duties for the heads of state. The president must set a date, follow procedures. These are not political decisions, but the state that envisions the Constitution and the Law. Of course I fully know him and respect the right to criticism of the prime minister's government, but you have to understand that much that is happening is the matter of the state of Kosovo. And we're going as far as we know we're going to be more in service to that, so it's good to have your help with public support and concrete ideas. )
Kurt for international demands: They're ambassadors of QUINT, but they can't be ministers, and we can do it. To them
Prime Minister Kurti has said he receives the councils of allies and ambassadors, but the main responsibility lies with Kosovo institutions.
THE important thing is that truth is public and we are confronted with all those who want to reform it. Maybe there's other ideas about what we can do most. But I think it's very wrong to do less; You have to understand that ambassadors also expect us to be in charge of our country. They're QUINT ambassadors, but they can't be ministers. Ministers are our citizens. That's our target, our understanding. Co-operation with international factors cannot be done by the way we treat its ministers we become their deputy ministers. Because they don't want that either. We're in a sensitive situation. He said.
Kurti: If Serbia loves association strongly, let it recognise Kosovo's independence
The association of Serb majority municipalities is signed by my predecessor in Brussels.
There are generally 33 agreements in Brussels. It is unfair to the negotiation process and Kosovo, for one of them to withdraw as the main one.
There is no document that says one is more important than the other.
I saw these all at point 4 of the overall framework of the deal.
There is a new initiative of an EU proposal, supported by France, Germany backed by the US, where the treatment of previous agreements is envisioned.
It's unfair, to draw association as a special agreement.
It's about two years soon that there's tectonic shift of access to dialogue.
It is no longer recognition of Kosovo's independence meant at the end of the process, but it is clearly said to be at the heart of the agreement.
It would be very wrong, to extract the association as special.
It has been ratified in the Kosovo Assembly, but Serbia has not ratified that agreement.
I believe that our best approach, both valuable and strategic, is that when it comes to the rights of non-US communities, we ask thus, why the Ahtisaari Plan is not enough, they should show why it is not enough.
Those who want more, they should tell us why the Nobel Peace Prize winner has made a mistake?
This is how I put the issue in these discussions and I said it earlier, if Serbia wanted association, the first thing it would do would be to accept Kosovo's independence.
Not if you love Association hard, you know independence.
We don't need it, they don't want it, we don't have to prioritize it so much.
Hoti, Kurt: Why are you canceling the deal on Zajednica, you've got a knee in your eye against her?
Zajednica has crashed Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Avdullah Hoti of the LDK.
Here's the replicas between them, the transcript Periscope:
Avdullah Hoti: The prime minister's legalisation now, we're taking it as our principal, but it has different words.
I've been exactly where the minister of finance is in the minister's position, and at least the prime minister's face-to-face is supposed to be protected by these notebooks.
He looked right at me.
Why aren't you pulling out now? Take him to the Parliament to vote.
You're prime minister, stay behind your promises.
Cancel the deal, you're right.
Albin Kurti: An additional thing to say about Association, is that you can't look for dialogue, things that the ruler is not willing to imagine applying to your home.
Politics is a serious profession.
If you're looking for something, the next one, without being willing to imagine for yourself, that's child request.
Tahiri: Government get strategy for protecting citizens from criminal gangs
PDK Parliamentary Group Chairman Abelard Tahiri has condemned last night's attack on Kosovo Police in the country's north.
“As PDK's GP, we strongly condemn the attack on the Kosovo Republic Police that occurred last night and resulting in the wound of a police officer”, he said.
Tahiri has demanded that the Government of Kosovo deal with the situation in the north with seriousness and strategically, not react to ad-hoc.
We already have the official confirmation of the presence of criminal gangs, which no doubt originated in Serbia and nowhere else. So we see an extremely big commitment of the Serbian state to get this part of the Republic of Kosovo out of our institutional control. However, the Kosovo government should not take sporadical steps, it should not take ad hoc actions. It should be attentive and there should be a strategy for dealing with this highly problematic area”, Tahiri said.
As for holding elections in the four municipalities in the north, Tahiri said Kosovo more than ever needs a major co-ordination with the US, and the government should not allow citizens there to fall prey to the provocations of criminal gangs.
