In the last 7 days alone, 581 driver's license has been suspended in total, of which: 472 for fast circulation over allowed rates, 42 for running the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or in a drunken state and 66 for other violations of the Road Code.
As a result of the selection checks, 34 drivers have been arrested, of these: 26 for direction, the drunk vehicle and 8 for direction without direction.
Also, to prevent incidents on the night of the shift of years, police have seized considerable amounts of fireworks and captolas.
During this week, 16 police operations have been finalised, 135 citizens have been cuffed, and 6 people in search have been detained.
