AAK Parliamentary Group chief Besnik Tahiri has said the elections would be a solution, following the handover of the mandates of Serbian List deputies.
The handover of mandates from the Serbian List is very difficult, as the CEC must address other people on the list and they will refuse to receive mandates, we will come to a situation when the Parliament will not have 120 deputies, we will have constitutional vacuum ... What we're seeing is that the issue has become very complicated and the elections would probably be choice”, Tahini stressed, in the statement after the Assembly Headship meeting.
After the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship, Tahiri said Kosovo is entering a constitutional vacuum, as the mandates of Serbian List deputies will not be met by this party, therefore the Assembly cannot have 120 deputies.
On the other hand, Tahiri criticised the Government of Kosovo in connection with the 2023 budget.
