The specialised prosecution at The Hague has not been reconciled to a list of crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo, crimes which, globally, are recognised by the democratic world.
All defence teams of KLA leaders have jointly submitted a list of 135 facts related to crimes committed by Serbian forces during the 1998/1999 war, Krankosova.tv follows.
This list also includes details from massacres that have shaken the Western world, and on which NATO intervention against Serbia, then Slobodan Milosevic's power, has been established.
This prepostered list of defences has been mentioned as massacres against the Jashari family in Prekaz, Recak's Massacre, Massacra in Old Chikatova and Meja Massacre.
In a statement of defence teams published on the Special Court page, it becomes known that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, run by Jack Smith until a few days ago, has not agreed to a list that records 135 massacres.
” With November 10th 2022, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has informed the defence that it will not comply with the facts proposed by the joint defence proposal”, the letter said.
To date, only Serbia and Russia have denied the massacres in Kosovo, trying to say through propaganda that the massacres had not occurred, and often even trying to accuse the Kosovo Liberation Army and the international community of insisting to justify the NATO bombing.
