Hundreds participated in a manifestation in front of Montenegro's parliament, where participants called for the government to leave and organise early elections.
The protest was organised by “Luca” and was supported by opposition parties, including President Milo Djukanovic's.
Those present held national flags in their hands and shouted slogans against Dritan Abazovic's government and its ruling allies.
The protesters' main requirement was to hold early elections.
Police had taken very strong security measures in several key institutions not to allow protesters to commit acts of violence against them.
Also, protesters sought to withdraw the Law, which limits the president's competencies.
