“This control which Serbia has with northern Kosovo, should be legalised”, according to him, is that silent consensus that internationals have achieved.
“I believe that in the West, those who are the main supporters of Kosovo's Independence, the US, the main EU countries, apparently have reached a consensus they can't tell us openly, which is a tacit consensus that this situation that Serbia actually has with the north of Kosovo, should be legalised”, Latifi said on the show Presing50.
According to him, all know that after the term of association, some kind of autonomy is hidden for Kosovo's north.
“They have attributed a name to what is being called the Association of Serb Majorities, which at first looks harmless, but everyone knows that some kind of autonomy is hidden before this term for Kosovo's north, for Kosovo Serbs”.
