So say Kosovo sources Press, under which LVV is calling for this deadline to be extended until 26 November.
The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has scheduled December 18th, as the day elections should be held in the north. Meanwhile, today the deadline for certification of political subjects ends for elections in the country's north.
It is up to the CEC today to hold the extraordinary meeting and consider this request.
Otherwise, the Central Election Commission had announced all political parties, independent candidates, coalitions and civic initiatives, which want to participate in the extraordinary elections for chairmanship in northern Mitrovica municipalities, Zubin Potok, Leposaviq and Zvecan, that the deadline for application for political subjects and candidates for participation in elections began on November 15th and will be completed on November 21st 2022.
