A few minutes ago, EU diplomat Joseph Borrell announced the deal reached.
“We were happy to announce that the two chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia, under the ease of the EU, have agreed on measures to avoid further crossing and concentrate on the test in the proposal for normalisation of the relationship between them”, Borrell has said.
Borrell has said Serbia will stop signing signs with the appointments of Kosovo's cities, and Kosovo will interrupt further actions regarding the reregisterment of vehicles.
