She says this case has shocked us all, adding that responsible institutions are doing their job.
The minister further adds that the investigation should deepen and that management should be held accountable for the mistreatment of citizens in those environments.

Abusive, cruel behavior toward an elderly woman in Pec has shocked us all.
At this point, responsible institutions, police and prosecutors are doing their job, and some of the persons suspected have been arrested.
The abuse we have seen today cannot be the only one, so citizens should cooperate with institutions in case of doubts about the mistreatment of family members at the home of the elderly in Pec or other care centers. The investigation must deepen!
Also, management must be held accountable for the mistreatment of citizens in those environments!
