The political and security situation in Kosovo is among the worst in these 22 years. Serbia and its allies have created a scenario of destabilising the situation in Kosovo, ordering Serbian representatives in state and public and security institutions to abandon them.
Unfortunately, even the resulting actions of Kosovo institutions have not been in line with the situation created.
The extreme situations call for extraordinary decisions.
Therefore, in view of this situation, as serious as it is dangerous, I proposed to the Republic of Kosovo Parliament to vote on the resolution with these points:
-
- Kosovo institutions: The presidency, Parliament, Government of the Republic of Kosovo, institutions at all levels, start intensive dialogue with Kosovo Serbs to return to Kosovo institutions and return bilateral trust;
- The government begins intensive communication with the country's most secular factors, including the opposition, not only as reflections of the created situation but also as a need for finding the way out of the created situation;
- To seek a Sam in the United States (to meet several days), until the conclusion of the final agreement on Kosovo-Serbia recognition.
