Warning former Serbian Kurt adviser: Targa decision to have implications on international position

Furthermore, Rassic said the extension of the offer would bring a greater Kosovo space in dialogue and co-operation, while adding it would also bring a slight increase of confidence. The opposite “is the decision to avoid the deadline. I consider this to be a mistake that could have multiple consequences”, Rassic has indicated.

According to Rassic, northern Serbs do not switch plates, as according to him, they do accept Kosovo institutions as the three institutions.
