Serbia's “president is at the helm of criminal groups there, and we are aware that these movements are made to protect developments that could take place in their direction. We remember the case of the Balkan butcher Milosevic, who has taken similar action. These actions are the same as those of Vucic. Serbia's president lacks the assets or persons he had a very great faith”, Elez said, while commenting on Ivica Dacic's appointment as Serbia's foreign affairs minister.
