She said further that the Government of Kosovo should work on implementing constitutional decisions, as well as obligations that have been made from dialogue with Serbia.
“In this context, I would stress the importance first of implementing all high courts, such as those coming from the Constitutional Court, so those for property rights, human rights, all prior to dialogue. The Kosovo government remains focused on addressing critical issues on the issue of law I believe will also be taken on the basis of states for visa liberalisation. We, the international community, also carry responsibilities”, she said.
