Thaci and others: Next conference November 4th

The upcoming conference on the performance of the case against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi is scheduled to be held on November 4th at 13:30, Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague report.
At the recent conference on the performance of the case against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, the judge ordered the Specialised Prosecutor's Office until November 18th, 2022 to hand over a preliminary list of the first 40 witnesses aimed at calling.
He has also ordered defence to hand over 2022 reports of alibis, or reasons that rule criminal responsibility, and has ordered the defence to hand over notice of any unique investigative opportunities it will use, until October 7, 2022.
The act towards Thaci and others regarding war crimes claims has been confirmed on October 26, 2020, while in their first presentations at Specialised Chambers in The Hague they have been declared innocent.
They are staying in custody at The Hague since November 2020.
On April 29th, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has handed over a amended indictment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhepi and Jakup Krasniqi, where it claims the accused committed war crimes in Gjilan, Budakov and Semetish.
