The detectives quickly launched an investigation after signs of kidnapping were discovered in the basement of the family home.
The images of CCTV later showed a woman outside the building carrying a suitcase, which was later found several roads away in the rue dHautoul.
Four people are currently in custody, but are not known what they were arrested for. Among them is the man who called the police after discovering the case.
