The trial against accused Gogaj was announced Friday by the chairman of the court, Violet Huja-Rugova, reports “Justice Vow”.
According to the indictment, defendant Shaban Gogaj was sentenced to five years in prison for illegal possession of three years.
The court to accuse Shaban Goajn imposed a unique sentence of 7 years and 6 months. And defendant Isuf Cacaj is sentenced to 2,000 euros.
Judge Husja-Rugova, in her reasoning, said the prosecution had offered no new evidence, and that the new prosecutor appointed in this case had remained close to the charge of grave murder, after prosecutor Agron Uka had re-qualified in murder by negligence.
According to her, since the prosecution has not presented new evidence, the court cannot go to harm to the defendants.
