Shaban Gogaj has been convicted of killing young Agnis Tetaj.
On Friday, October 14th, the plea against Shaban Gogatet is expected to be declared, charged with killing the young man, Agonis Tetaj.
The former attorney of the accused, Besnik Berisha, who had been expelled from the case has also been seen on trial.
The trial has been postponed several times precisely because of the lawyer, after the accused had been declared refusing to accept a lawyer other than Berisha.
Also present are the children of the slain, Agonys Tetay.
