And according to Sky News, soldiers say they are part of the latest mobilization and are currently located in Svatovo, in the Luhansk region.
But they complain they left Moscow just 11 days before it became a video and they fired only once before they were put on the front line.
As the British medium points out, many things on video show that soldiers are Russian. They're wearing a standard Russian standard type camouflage uniform “Digital Flora”.
The two video weapons are also variants of a tin rifle, commonly known as AK, used by Russian forces.
Meanwhile, Russian forces are now said to have been exceeding “a considerable portion of their accurately run ammunition, and the Kremlin cannot produce all kinds of ammunition and weapons systems due to Western sanctions, a NATO official has said.
The official also suggested that it may take months for Russia to mobilise the number of fighters aimed at, writes Sky News, sends out Telegrafi.
Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu has suggested earlier that 300,000 men with military experience would be summoned to strengthen Russia's war efforts in Ukraine, though Putin's decree did not reveal any numbers.
Officials from two separate regions also said this week they had received new orders to mobilise troops, raising fears that a second wave of men could be called to serve in the army.
