Russia outside the UN Council, Ukrainian MP, disappointed by Edi Rama

Goncharenko said Ukraine expects greater support from Albania in this respect, while added that the decision to the Security Council belongs to all countries, whether large or small.
My “My question was related to Russia and to provide security to the United Nations, but Russia is using it to protect itself from crimes committed in Ukraine. Russia should not be a permanent member of the Security Council. Albania's prime minister said it is not up to Albania to decide on it as a small country, but this is the decision that belongs to all member states regardless of large or small status. I don't believe there are small places in the world; all are large in their size”, Ukrainian MP told Euronews.
