Rizvanolli wants Kosovo to take direct advantage of the measures it is taking EU to address energy crisis

The presidency of the Czech Republic has organised a informal meeting of European Energy Ministers. Measures have been discussed during the organised meeting to cope with the European energy crisis, including: reducing demand for electricity, the income limit for electricity producers, as well as ensuring a solid contribution from businesses [...]
During the meeting, Kosovo Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli has asked the European Union that Kosovo and the states of the Western Balkans be included in the undertaken and EU-led measures in order to benefit from them.
The minister has also asked for the drafting of mechanisms guaranteeing distribution of revenues from the revenues limit for electricity producers even to countries which are not part of the EU, but depend on electricity import, such as Kosovo.
The minister has also called for the drafting of a financial package on the part of the EU for expanding and increasing the impact of measures the Republic of Kosovo is undertaking to cope with the energy crisis, through increased efficiency, curbing consumption, and protecting vulnerable consumers. /Periscopi/
