Albania will seek to refute accusations of trafficking human organs during the Kosovo war, which are in the Swiss senator's report.
The head of the Albanian government will have 60 minutes available to keep his word before council members and answer questions.
On July 21st, the Albanian assembly unanimously voted with 125 votes for the resolution to be presented by Rama.
This resolution calls on the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to implement a subsequent report and then change the 2011 report, where allegations of illegal trafficking of human organs in Albania and Kosovo are declared groundless in light of developments that have occurred during the decade.
The report, drafted by Dick Marty and adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, claims that organ trafficking has included leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army during the war of 1998-99. /eurosalbania/
