Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has said Kosovars can also use the sea for work. “Here's where the distribution at Durres Port has started for goods with a destination of Kosovo, and our sea is no longer Kosovo's only for tourism, but Kosovo for trade”, Rama has said on the network [...]
“Here is where the distribution at the Durres port of goods with the destination of Kosovo and our sea is no longer Kosovo's only for tourism, but Kosovo for trade” has said Rama on the social Facebook network.
Meanwhile, today, in Albania, the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers, Iron Murati, has stayed in Albania today, where he visited the Port of Durres, and said that the distribution of goods from here “enables our economy access to sea”.
We are a nation, a people, and more satisfaction is increased when we come for good jobs like this of removing barriers that divide us. What we're doing today is only materialising what we've done now and how many months of work done by two teams -- from Albania's customs and Kosovo customs officials”.
Murati has said that Kosovo Customs has been present at the port of Durres since 2019.
Kosovo's “Dogana since 2019 has been present at the port of Durres, but until now only registration has been made for the entry of goods, but with continued dedication and work has been achieved since October 1st to have the full follow-up of all goods destined for Kosovo. This approach enables Kosovo's economy to have access to sea”, he said. /
