Rama: Dick Marty's report was rejected 11 years ago, he's political fiction.

Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has again responded to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha's criticism of the speech given a few days ago at the Council of Europe. Rama has shared a speech by Socialist Party representative in KiE in January 2011, while writing that memory shows in fact that when Moscow's initial resolution was presented at the assembly, he received the pro-vote of the representative of the Democratic Party.
He adds that two other representatives from Albania, Damian Gjiknuri and Rescue Idrizi, have voted against that resolution further supported by Dick Marty's notorious report on human organ trafficking.
Prime Minister Edi Rama's full status
KU J T The ESA HistorIK tells us today with written facts, that when the resolution initiated by representatives of Vladimir Putin's party and further supported by Dick Marty's notorious report on human organ trafficking was presented for voting in the General Assembly, she unfortunately received the pro-vote of Democratic Party representative to the Albanian delegation, while opposed by two other representatives from Albania, Damian Gjiknuri and Futur Idrizi.
Here is the word that the Socialist Party representative to our country's delegation to the Council of Europe failed to address the General Assembly:
This report has attracted the attention of many because of the seriousness of the prosecution, the nature of alleged crimes and MANGES PROVAVE. We understand that the idea of conspiracy surrounding the inability of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to investigate alleged crimes and uncovering in the respect of one of the key players to pursue such crimes, Carla del Ponte, is what prompted this Assembly to ask Dick Marty to file a full report based on evidence, as well as to shed light on cases rather than repeat the accusations previously made by others.
Unfortunately, we have to admit that this report has nothing new that matters, and it has only increased in the number of political issues in the region itself. No AS EWAY ONE PROVA and in many parts simply the nature of a political opinion, not an investigative report.
The report is filled with contradictions involving alleged activity and ignoring any previous work done by the ICTY. One of them is the issue of two notorious houses: “Verde” House, for which the ICTY investigation did not bring any information and at Fushe-Kruje, that famous house where organs allegedly were occupied. But which, as quoted in the report, had nothing to do with the supposed activities.
This makes us believe the report is more T R THE POLITIC ILLING than a trial - based investigation, and this assembly does not fit. But despite the political nature of the report, given the importance of the charges, we as an Albanian delegation have presented a set of points that require a reasonable reshape of the charges issued in the report.
We think the core of the resolution is not to make politics with alleged crime, but to promote co-operation among justice authorities, to find out if something like that actually happened. So let's investigate all countries, and remove from the report political considerations that tarnish one side, so SHIPTARES And KLA.
Therefore, I call on the Assembly to support the amendments proposed by the Albanian delegation, which require a proper investigation into the issue and avoid pre-guilting an entire political organisation, P SUCH ARSYEN IF YOU WAR FOR CALIZING A POSSIBLE POPULATION!
