Plachka at FIVE at RTV Dukagjini has said he cannot comment on the political process, but according to him, some misunderstandings are taking place that do not benefit anyone.
The “This is not about a counter-resolution, it's just a new resolution that will end a process which has started with the resolution with which Dick Marty's report” was adopted.
“What Albania is looking for is that, with the new resolution, the conclusions of a several-year criminal investigation, which was due to Marty's” report claims.
According to Pallasca, two investigations were conducted to confirm the claims of Dick Marty's report, where most of that report's claims were untrue.
“Task International Special Forces and Kosovo Special Prosecutorship, most of the claims of Dick Marty's report, have proven to be fiction”, Pallaska said.
Among other things, Pallaska has shown that Albania has the right to know where the process has gone, which had charged that pastaber crimes have been committed on its territory that, according to him, she had made legal changes to allow these investigations.
“Albania has a right after the investigation is completed to seek a closure of this entire political process with a resolution in the KiE, where the results of criminal investigations led by independent institutions that have been created in order to complete these investigations” will be found, he has concluded.
