An Airbus SE A330 plane flying from Seoul to Cebu tried to land twice in bad weather before crossing the track in the third attempt, authorities there said.
“Passengers have been escorted to three local hotels and an alternative flight is being organised”, the airline said.
They say it is currently being identified the cause of overcoming the runway.
