Operation Against Coals in Gjakova, 90 police officers were involved in the arrest of 5 people

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has detailed Tuesday's action against the culprits, saying he has conducted raids on the homes of seven defendants, including 10 different locations in Gjakova, in which action about 90 police officials have participated. Material evidence qualities and [...] have been found during the raid.
During the raid were found in qualities of material evidence and suspected items, and 16 cars, two motorcycles, five weapons of different kinds, USBs, phones, documents, contracts, records, money and other evidence allegedly benefited by the commission of the crime.
After the completion of the action, five people under suspicion of committing “criminal work Fide” by Article 331, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, while two other persons are on the run and the same are on the run.
Also, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has filed a request for the detention measure, to the five defendants, at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, where it is expected during the day to hold hearings concerning the prosecution's request.
The action was said to be the company behind several months' investigative actions and after providing the necessary evidence, implementing even the secret technical measures of investigation and surveillance.
