He has stressed that he must take care of the reference of these groups, this following Interior Minister Jhelal Svechla's statement, which has been expressed for the possibility of infusing criminal groups in the north.
There are no criminal groups, there are organised, co-ordinated and financed groups of the Serbian state. These groups are not ordine criminals, they are very well organized groups, the terms of reference to them matter very much, we cannot refer to them in terms of violent extremism, extreme right or left. There are groups that are good at co-ordinating and ordering specific actions the Government of Serbia”.
Because, you are all witnesses that the security situation in the northern part differs depending on the positions that official Serbia has, whenever you need escalations of the situation, certain groups come up that just follow orders what of their bosses. Otherwise, there are criminal groups dealing with various criminal activities, including drug trafficking, food smuggling. However, what affects security in that part are these structures that co-ordinate, maintain, train and order the Serbian state”, Cajazi said in Kosovo Clan.
He has added that Kosovo institutions must create capacities to control that part of the country.
