“Nagavci and Canon of Albin Kurti”

The one in an authorial writing entitled “Nagavci and Albin Kurtin”, among other things, found that Nagavci violated the Constitution.

In the distant past, Albanians acted with Leka Dukagjini Canun because there were no government and laws approved by parliament. Nowadays, Kosovo through the Parliament vote over the past years of freedom and also respecting the advice of international friends created Laws and even the Constitution. These are breaking over and over again. Nagavci was clearly seen and proved to have violated the Constitution and nothing. The government Kurt, thrilled by the votes won and the ungodly and with fake names on Facebook, and some analysts who lack even the human element protect and brave Albin Kurti's Canon and the government it represents.

When there are laws being violated, there is no way to say otherwise but that the Kanun of Albin Kurti is being installed that rejects all of the laws of the Parliament. Zoya Nagavci does not say before the opinion that he has violated laws along with Iron Mqira and tries to punish only education workers for the strike that other strikers had shared their salaries. The struggle with the SBASK and education has continued and continues and is known why to eliminate this union that is strong and does not give up.

Mrs. Nagavci instead of showing directly that Kosovo's Kolektive Education Agreement at Article 43 and Article 8 clearly says the hours lost on the strike are not replaced unless signatories reach special agreements. Nagavic, trying to preserve the position of the minister, who can take over the chief does not tire of violating the Constitution of Law and even of Kosovo's Kolektive Education Count, only and oath to be part of Albin Kurti's Canon. Now she's also threatening to state that “the record of hours is a criminal offense”. Woe to this Nagavtz.

Mrs. Nagavci, I, as one of those who had made a commitment to protect Albanian education from the vacationers' furnaces, and we were the very ones who took part in the September 3rd strike of that occupation time, then experienced visits by Serbian police and UDB inspectors with persecution and fists.

With inspectors, you're threatening us now. Neither in those years did the SBASK submit, nor in these days of Albin Kurti will be subdued. Think of who you will be tomorrow and the glorious years of the battles for protecting Albanian education you were nowhere and not even the faceless ones who are insulting me and the teachers of those years. Hold on to the fact that the armchair does not last for years but lasts longer and is hard to live in shame.
