The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved two different requests of the fundamental prosecution there, assigning the detention measure to defendants E a month. N. and M. H., due to alleged alleged rape offense.
The two judges of the preliminary procedure, Drilon Haraqia and Nicole Komani, at various hearings have estimated that legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure for defendants in question have been met.
The defendants will be held in detention for a month, which will be counted from the time of arrest on October 04th 2022 and will last until November 03rd 2022”, it is said in the statement.
