“In Belgrade today continued my open and serious discussion with Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, ahead of the normalisation of relations”, he wrote.
Lajcak said that energy and license plates were the headlines that were discussed.
“Energy and license plates were high on our agenda as solutions” are urgently needed, Lajcak wrote, adding that he has spoken to some details with Serbian chief negotiator Petar Petkovic.
