Kurti at meeting with Peach, centre of discussions Kosovo reports with Serbia

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has hosted today's meeting of United Kingdom special envoy for the Western Balkans Sir Stuart Peach. At this meeting, according to ZKM, Sir Stuart Peach “highlighted the United Kingdom's commitment to peace and stability in the Western Balkans, as well as to initiatives for regional co-operation”.

While Kurti has been focusing on the government's target and commitment” for EU and NATO membership.

“Stressing the importance of visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens, Prime Minister Kurti reaffirmed the Government's goal and commitment to becoming part of the European Union and NATO”, the communiqué said.

Part of the conversation has also been the economic and energy consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine, until the Western Balkans Summit and the Common Regional Market under the Berlin Process.
