It has also been declared for the action “Brezovica”, where hundreds of unlicensed villas, which were also owned by politicians and judges.

The prime minister stated that the list of owners of these villas was shocking, but not surprising.

The “List of villa owners in Brezovica was shocking, but not surprising, judges, politicians and relatives. The era of impunity and corruption is coming to an end”, Kurti has said at the opening of the Western Balkans Summit The Balkans Summit 2022%, the organisation of The Economist, in collaboration with the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

Kurti has also talked about reforms in the economy, where, according to him, foreign investors will no longer be asked for payment, and businesses have added to paying taxes, which according to him is the result of law enforcement.

Kurt has also talked about the energy crisis, while adding that Kosovo as a democratic country can offer a model in coping with crises.

“Kosovo can offer a model where functional democracy can help citizens cope with various crises”, he said.

He has said that Kosovo is facing a major energy crisis more than all countries. According to Kurt, this is also due to past noninvestment in the energy field that Kosovo has now made dependent on import.
