KMDLNj: Hysni Gucati tomorrow undergoes operation

“Hysni Gucati, sentenced to 4 and a half years in prison by the Special Court in The Hague, had serious health problems even before arrest, while his stay in custody had deteriorated health and for this KMDLNj has reacted publicly as if it included this in the monitoring report. KMDLNj stresses that he is concerned that the rights of the detainees -- Kosovo citizens -- all Albanians are not effectively monitored, so the operation has been postponed.
