Jailing for Suspect Who Accidented 34-year-old in Hyvalya

The foundation court in Pristina has assigned the month-long detention measure to the person who allegedly killed 34-year-old in Hyvali to death.

The prosecution's request for the detention action against E.S. defendants, “has approved it as a base and has assigned the same amount of detention in length of 1 (one) month”.

The judge has estimated that there is a danger of the defendant fleeing or preventing the normal course of procedure.

The trial of the preliminary procedure in the case of the detention, estimated that the danger of his escape exists because there are circumstances that indicate the danger of running away and that if the same is left in freedom it would prevent the normal course of procedure by failing to respond to the tribunal's invitations, as well as if the same is left in freedom, it would prevent the normal course of procedure by influencing witnesses, so the judge of the procedure stated that the detention measure for now is the only measure for running without preventing the criminal procedure in this case.
