Istog: Aja allegedly violated her minor granddaughter

The cases of violations and sexual relations within the family are works sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. Anyone who commits sexual acts with ancestors or family descendants, siblings, grandchildren, or grandchildren is sentenced to prison. These shocking occasions have not been few lately. This time, a 39-year-old person is suspected of having violated him in September 2021, his niece, his younger brother's daughter. This horrific case was denounced to the police by the victim himself, who has confessed to police investigators every detail of the case that shocked their entire family.

Suspect I.M., (known name for editorialism) is suspected of having had sex with his niece, who was 14 years old last year. Although no precise details are yet known about the circumstances under which the event took place, the State Prosecutor has ordered his arrest and detention.

As the signal learns, the same has been locked up and escorted to the police station, but because of its state of health it has not been sent to the Preservation Centre, but a 48-hour ban has been issued, where during this period it will be under police care while receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

According to the same sources, the case has for the time being been initiated by the State Prosecutor as “Dunim”, while it is expected that other actions will be taken as soon as evidence proves the involvement of the suspect in this case and is then expected to be determined for the work the same one will be charged with.
