Hysni Gucatt's son: Dad's been operating- it took two years ago, but the Special wouldn't let him.

Former head of the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Hysni Gucati, is operating at The Hague Hospital, the state where he is serving the sentence of four and a half years for criminal acts to prevent justice administration, violation of the secret procedure, and obstruction of official persons. “has started operating, Dad [...]
“The operation has begun, the father is going to have two interventions, on the right leg and on the knee”, Musli Gucati said of Albanain Post, son of the former head of the KLA OVL.
Except for this operation, Gucati had been waiting for two years, as according to his son, the “Intervention had to be done earlier, but had not been allowed by Court”
“Controle you have done constantly, will stay in hospital for a long time”, he tells the AP.
But Musli Gucati points out that the Special has not allowed him to be close to his father, although he points out that he has applied several times.
They didn't accept my request to go there, not lawyers or anyone. We've been applying for three weeks”
Gucati: I have operated 27 times.
During December of last year, Gucati before the court in The Hague had indicated he was injured during the war and has a total of 27 operations.
“I'm injured in my right leg, I'm operating, 27 operations totaling”, it was expressed.
Gucati also related where he was treated after his wounds.
The first day at our improvised mountain hospital in Berisha's mountains, the second at the military hospital in Tirana on June 8th, where English forces have sent me, which have brought me and two others injured, sent us to Tirana”, Gucati said.
What do they say about Special?
Kosovo Specialised Chambers spokesperson Angela Greep, in an AP response, has stressed that because of privacy, “cannot provide information about the state of health or health care obtained from individual detainees”.
“generally, the detainees receive at least the same health care standards as are available in Holland”.
But, she says all detainees receive regular visits from the medical official to the detention facilities and can seek medical attention at any time.
The medical officer will also refer to the detainees for care and/or specialised treatment, where required. Moreover, a detainee may consult foreign doctors. An external doctor must be licensed to practice the profession in Kosovo, the Netherlands, or the home state of the detainee”.
If the detainees lack the financial means to consult an external doctor, the detainee may ask the secretary for the specialised rooms to pay the costs of any treatment”.
Greep has indicated that in general the detainees are allowed 10 days of visits at any 30-day period, and visits in general can last all day, within hours of the visit.
