The government of the United States, together with its international partners, has repeatedly asked the Government of Kosovo to postpone the implementation period of vehicle reregistering. We are disappointed and concerned about the Kosovo government's refusal to accept the demands and advice of its closest international partners on the issue”, Christopher Hill says.
