Other details on this visit have not been given, although it is the second time in weeks that American Escobar meets opposition parties.
Last time in Kosovo, Escobar has been together with European Miroslav Lajcak. And he stayed in Pristina last week, while he visited Belgrade yesterday. At two meetings with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, Lajcak has said the empty topic of discussion has been plates and energy.
