The deadline for winter tires is being offered: Such punishments are provided if you do not change them

This tire switch deadline is November 15th, and according to the law, changing winter tires should be set by drivers on their vehicles by March 15th.

Besides changing tires, drivers are legally obliged to be equipped with chains all the time.

With current laws in place, winter conditions prevent the flow of motor vehicles and the system community that are not equipped with winter equipment.

Winter conditions, by law, mean cases of snow - covered roads or ice on the street.

The driver, who runs vehicles without winter equipment at the so-called winter season, is sentenced to an offense, with a fine of 40 euros.

Under the Law, it is convicted of impeachment, with fines of 100 to 300 euros, even the legal person or public institution on whose behalf and within whose authorisations the driver has acted.
