The corrective service: Conquest Durres, about 40 officials travel on behalf of three-day training at a hotel

Since the establishment of institutions in Kosovo, the practice of maintaining workers and training abroad has continued for many years, thus spending the Kosovo Government budget. Many times it has been reported that the wages public officials take to participate in various workers outside Kosovo are large and cost [...]
Signal sources have suggested that some 40 SHKK officials have been reached at the Royal G Hotel in Durres, on behalf of a three-day training. Among the officials there, the signal learns there are also officials to whom disciplinary procedures have been initiated.
This training, which is being conducted abroad, which is more like an exhibition, has been able to be held even in Kosovo, as it has enough hotels and resorts where such workers can be kept, but it seems that it has not filled the SHKK's eye and taken the way to Albania.
The signal has also provided a list of all officials participating in this training, including officials from the High Security Prison, the Boarding Centers in Lipjan, Gjilan, Smreconica and the Operational Center. The signal's signals have indicated that the training on which officials of this institution have gone to Durres has been able to keep even in the spaces of institutions within the MD, so that the means from the budget are not spent.
The signal also learns that several official cars have been used for transport, and among them there may be at least two vehicles to transport prisoners (the remaining information to be confirmed).
From the Kosovo Correcting Service, they have confirmed that such a worker has been kept, while giving answers to other signal questions.
By 2020, however, the Hoti Government had decided to ban the organisation of workers abroad, which were held by the ministry, agencies and other entities within the ministerial system.
