I think he's a rational actor who has obviously miscalculated”, Biden said in interview with CNN journalist Jake Tapper, while the shellings in the Ukrainian civil cause mark another turn in the war there.
The American president, who last week warned the danger of a 60-year nuclear Armageddon, said threats coming from Russia could result in catastrophic mistakes and miscalculation. But, Biden did not indicate exactly what the US's exact answer would be if Putin released nuclear tactical tools on the battlefield in Ukraine.
