Also arrested in Oliver Ivanov's murder

Another suspect in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic has been arrested.

That's how the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo reveals through an announcement.

Suspect is M.M.

Under the order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, the Kosovo Police have arrested a person with the M.M. initials of Serbian nationalism last night. The Special Prosecutor reports that the defendant M.M., allegedly as a member of the organised criminal group, has been actively involved in committing criminal acts, or organising, the criminal group organised by Article 283 paragraph 3 in connection with KPRK's paragraph 1, in connection with criminal acts of hard murder .C., according to Article 179 paragraph 1.9, KPRK, in the now murder of late Oliver Ivanoviq, along with other N.S. indictees, M.R. R.B. and S.A., where the trial is continuing at the Constitutional Court in Pristina. Also, the same one since the beginning of 2019 has been unattainable for the prosecution organs, even though there has been an arrest warrant in power, and on the 1910.2022, in the evening hours it was arrested by Kosovo Police. Therefore, the same will be continued with procedures under the Code of Criminal Procedure, where, within legal terms, the request will be made for the detention measure's appointment so that the criminal procedure can continue without obstruction”, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor records Klankosova.tv.

Ivanovic was killed in northern Mitrovica on January 16th 2018.
