Antianabis Operation in Shkodra, 16 arrested, 12 of them women

The director of the Shkodra Police Directorate, First Director Hamdi Forita, said the operation took place in four phases.

“The fourth phase of this operation, codenamed “Bleran”, was finalised last night, with the blow of a well-organised criminal group that dealt with cultivation, production, processing and packing cannabis for sale.
