He has been asked how he sees the agreement of Serbia and Hungary, for the construction of an oil pipeline that would enable Serbia to supply cheap oil, which was confirmed by Hungarian authorities, Hill said he is unable to comment on it because he does not know the sea, but that Serbia should leave Russia on the issue of energy resources.
Hill also said America supports the interest of top European Union representatives in resolving the problem in relations between Belgrade and Pristina.
Hill, said that prior to France and Germany's proposal, broad discussions have been held between the United States of America and the EU, as well as representatives of Belgrade and Pristina.
Otherwise, on 9 September, the European Union's Emisari for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, along with the advisers of Germany's president, Olaf Scholz and France's Emmanuel Macron, have met with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin. European Union spokesman Peter Stano has said the purpose of the visit was to explore options for progress in the dialogue.
