AKP announces next sale SHAL 60

The largest number of attractive properties for sale appear in the Mitrovica region, respectively, in local areas suitable for development of business activities. At SHAL 60 AKP in the Mitrovica region offers 12 local sales and a warehouse. Locals have different surfaces, ranging from about 20 m2 to 150 m2. The largest number are NSH Lux assets and are located in northern Mitrovica.

The AKP, in this sale, offers the largest number of land in the Prizren region. There are 16 parcels of land on large surfaces suitable for development of various activities, ranging from about 1 hectare to 6 acres.
