While police have also imposed fines on 15 persons for disregarding the schedule.
“The police station in Ferizaj by the Ferizaj Regional Police Directorate, in the early hours of the morning at the Oraï0 has received information that in the village of Gerlic of Ferizaj a nightclub is working contrary to the Republic Government's decisions on the Framework Measures. In this regard, police order along with AUV inspectors supported by the Fast Response Unit (NJRSH ) have taken the necessary action and immediately have appeared at this location and there, even though the Quaddy-19 measures were open working and inside were some people. During the official duties, police and inspectors have faced resistance by being run by one person and being hampered by several others. Even in spite of police efforts to carry out their official duties, forced by the actions of five (5) persons who have actively prevented police work, the same persons have been arrested and escorted to the Ferizaj police station, while all other persons there -- fifteen,15 -- have received fines for disrespecting the movement's schedule. By the decision of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, against a suspect with the 52-year-old initials H.S. (M/K), it has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours, while the other four (4) have been released for regular procedure”, the Police Directorate for Ferizaj municipality said.
This case has been referred to the Regional Investigation Sector for further investigative procedures.
