Say: Environment Ministry has the lowest performance in implementing the annual plan

In presenting the level of meeting the Kosovo Government Work Plan for 2021 by the Fol Movement and the Pristina Institute for Political Studies (PIPS), the Government Kurti has overall managed to realise 56 per cent of last year's plan.

Project co-ordinator in Fol Movement Erblin Hoxha said all ministries last year have envisioned over 700 activities.

Of all the activities before the government and governments, the total of 764 activities ahead of this period, of which 428 activities have been accomplished, and 336 has not been completed. If we translate this into numbers and statistics then it turns out that the Government of Kosovo, along with all ministries, has realised 56 per cent of the work plan for 2021 and 44 per cent of activities are not realised. Some of them are also in the process, but still classified as not realised”, Hoxha said.

Based on this report, the prime minister's office has completed 52 per cent of the activities, with 77 activities not completed, already 40 activities have.

“The Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure under 13 objectives, this ministry has seen 76 activities completed in March-December 2021, of which 22 have and 54 have not realised them. At the rate this comes up with the lowest performance, where approximately 29 per cent, or 28.9 per cent, has been realised, while 71 per cent has failed to realise”, he added.

There are ministries, which have realised 100 per cent of the work plan.

The only ministry that has 100 per cent of the activities realised is the Ministry of Management of Local Power. Under the four objectives, a total of 11 activities have been envisioned for the March-December 2021 period, and it is the only ministry that has 100 per cent of activities realised under the same period”, Hoxha reported.

The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers has managed to realise 36.5 of activities accomplished. For this, Rexhep Vasoli has reacted from this minister, who said this dictatorship has had the greatest volume of activities compared to others.

Vasol: Are you aware that the Ministry of Finance has an annual working plan?
Hoxha: The official is this, if there's anything else and it's not public, it's much greater concern than what we've done.
Vasol: Don't worry, don't get prejudiced, look at the website and the labour plan and the ministry. And you have official application.

Also, the Regional Development Ministry has large numbers of developed activities, with 94.3 per cent of the work plan realised. The Ministry of Defence also marks the large number of activities realised, with 88 per cent of the work plan completed.

Meanwhile, the smaller percentage has the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, which has managed to realise only 35 per cent of the work plan.
