“in an uninhabited house in Gjakova forced the minor to sexual act”, a month's detention for the suspect

The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved Gjakova's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure a month to the K.N. indictee, due to allegedly committing the criminal act of rape.

“With the date 30.08.2021, in late hours of the evening, in an uninhabited house in Gjakova, has forced the other person, the minor..., to commit sexual act”, the Court reports.

These actions, defendant K. N., allegedly committed criminal work “Dunimi” by Article 227 paragraph 4, under paragraph 4.8 concerning paragraph 1, this action sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.

A girl reportedly missing on 26 August was shown yesterday at the police station in Gjakova, and the same has claimed to have been violated by a male, police reported yesterday.

For the case in question, K.N., 25, who is now in custody.
